Privacy Policy
Snuggle is a DeFi liquidity management protocol. We believe privacy is a right, not a feature. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Privacy at a Glance
What We Collect
Wallet Addresses
When you connect your wallet via RainbowKit/WalletConnect, we receive your public wallet address. We use it to manage your LP positions and display your portfolio. Your wallet address is already public on the blockchain. We do not link it to your real-world identity.
Email Addresses
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. We use it solely to send you strategy reports and protocol updates. We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
On-Chain Transaction Data
Your deposits, withdrawals, and rebalances are recorded on the blockchain. This data is public by design. We read on-chain data to display your positions, calculate earnings, and generate performance reports. We do not control or have the ability to delete blockchain data.
Technical Data
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects IP addresses, browser type, and basic request metadata in server logs. We use this for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and performance optimization. We do not use this data for tracking or advertising.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for basic, privacy-friendly usage metrics (page views, performance). These are aggregated and do not track individual users across sessions. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any ad-tech tracking.
What We Do NOT Collect
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your language preference. That is it. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookie networks. No cookie banner is needed because we only use strictly necessary cookies.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following services to operate the protocol. Each has its own privacy policy.
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Website hosting, edge functions, analytics |
| Supabase | Database for newsletter subscriptions and app data |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery |
| RainbowKit / WalletConnect | Wallet connection interface |
| The Graph | Blockchain data indexing |
| Chainlink | Automated keeper operations (rebalances) |
How We Store Your Data
Email addresses are stored in a Supabase database with row-level security enabled. Access is restricted to authenticated admin operations. Wallet addresses are not stored in our database; they exist on the public blockchain. Server logs are retained by Vercel according to their standard retention policy (typically 30 days). We do not maintain long-term archives of technical data.
A Note on Blockchain Data
Snuggle operates on public blockchains (Base, Arbitrum). All transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and rebalances, are permanently recorded on-chain. This data is publicly visible to anyone and cannot be modified or deleted by Snuggle or any other party. When you interact with the protocol, your wallet address and transaction details become part of the permanent public record. This is fundamental to how blockchains work, not a choice we make.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@snuggle.fi. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy
Snuggle is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and restricted access controls. Our smart contracts have undergone multiple security audits. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the protocol evolves. Material changes will be announced via our newsletter and social channels. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Snuggle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
