Describing Your Issue

Good issue reports get faster answers. Include these details.

What you expected to happen. "I tried to deposit $500 into WETH/USDC."

What actually happened. "The transaction failed with an error."

Your wallet address. This lets the team look up your position on-chain.

The chain you are on. Base or Arbitrum.

Screenshots. A picture of the error message helps a lot. Include any transaction hashes if you have them.

Your browser and wallet. "Chrome with MetaMask" or "Safari with Coinbase Wallet." Some issues are specific to certain combinations.

The more detail you provide, the faster the team can help.

Common Issues and Quick Fixes

Transaction failed. Check that you have enough ETH for gas. On Base, you need a small amount of ETH. On Arbitrum, same thing. Even a few cents of ETH is enough.

Position shows zero value. If you just deposited, wait a few minutes. The data needs time to sync. Refresh the page.

Cannot connect wallet. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, disconnect your wallet and reconnect it. Make sure you are on the correct network (Base or Arbitrum).

Harvest button not working. Check that there are fees to harvest. New positions need time to earn fees before there is anything to collect.

Security Warning

This is the most important part of this lesson. Read it carefully.

Snuggle will never ask for your private key. Not in a DM. Not in a support ticket. Not on a phone call. Never.

Snuggle will never ask for your secret phrase. Those 12 or 24 words that back up your wallet are for your eyes only. Forever.

Snuggle will never ask you to send funds to a random address. All deposits go through snuggle.fi only.

If someone contacts you claiming to be Snuggle support and asks for any of these things, they are a scammer. Block them. Report them. Do not engage.

Real support will only ask for your public wallet address (starts with 0x). This is safe to share. It is already visible on the blockchain.
